Build Up Planner #1

Introducing a new page inspired by Florin Lowndes’ Enlivening the Chakra of the Heart,
where he shares that the 6th basic exercise takes some planning to pull off, as relationship
between the different exercises.


I was inspired, as part of our contribution to this year’s Annual General Meeting, being that
we were invited to host a session on this 6th exercise, aka Thanking* (*Michael Lipson).
So we invite you to have this image, print it out, put it on your wall, and live into it.
The way it is laid out, you can build up the first 5 exercises over one month each,
and then explore the 6th exercise over 5 more months, tuning into the relationships
between the exercises themselves.

There are many different friends offering ways into these 6 protective exercises,
here is one video from Brian Gray which inspired us in 2018, when we tried on
doing the exercises as a shared study. We called it “New Feet” coincidentally. :)
