The Light Between is a multi-day gathering of young people, With the intention of creating a better world through our actions  and our relationships. We’ll spend the days listening to speakers and moving between workshops oriented around philosophical, artistic and practical themes.

TICKET PRICING

We are offering sliding scale tickets for this event. The true cost of the ticket is $190, which covers all meals (4 breakfasts, 4 lunches, 4 dinners, and plenty of coffee), our overhead costs for space rental, and bringing incredible contributors and workshop leaders from around the country. We strive for cost to not be a barrier to your joining the event. If these price levels still prohibit your attendance, please be in touch with us at northamericanyouthsection@gmail.com.

Supported: $150

This is the right ticket price for you if you struggle to meet basic needs such as food, shelter, medical care, etc. Some indicators that might be the right ticket for you are if you get government assistance, don’t have a stable job, or are unable to travel for leisure. If this price is still not affordable for you to register, but you would like to attend the conference, please reach out to us via email for financial assistance at northamericanyouthsection@gmail.com. 

Regular: $190

This is the standard ticket price and right for you if you are not in need of reduction in cost to attend the conference. You may consider paying this price if you have steady income, have financial support from your parents, and are able to consistently meet your basic needs such as food, shelter, medical support etc. 

Supporting: $240

This is the supporting ticket price that allows us to help bring people to the conference who might ordinarily not be able to afford it. This may be the right ticket price for you if you own property, have significant savings or investment, travel for leisure, or work part time by choice.

WHO WE ARE

This event is hosted by The North American Youth Section! We are a group of spiritually striving, engaged and enthusiastic young (18-35ish) people. Many, though not all people in the Youth Section have taken an interest in Anthroposophy at some point in their life. The Youth Section is full of willful individuals, people intent on seeing change in the world, and driven to do their part to make that ideal possible.You can read more about the people on the organizing team here.

VIBE

What is the vibe of this event? Music! Powerful Discussions! Traditional Craft! Stories! And anything else we can fit! It will be a packed few days, surrounded by great people. Though there will be a schedule full of engaging and thought provoking material, we’ve also made sure to build in plenty of processing time and free time for your own self directed interests…or a nap! Both are important! Also important, we choose to hold an alcohol- and drug-free environment to foster the joy of conscious, meaningful, authentic human connection. Come with an open mind, an open heart, and a willingness to connect, and you’ll be met with the same!
