Please be sure to book BOTH a conference ticket, AND accommodation option.

We are lucky to have wonderful accommodation available at the beautiful Hawthorne Valley Farm. Here are some details about each option:

Camping  - $10/night

Camping will happen in the field behind the school. There will be access to bathrooms but not showers, though there are plenty of places to swim. Bring your own tent, sleeping bag and pillow. 

Earth Steward Cabins - $10/night 

The Earth Steward cabins are tucked away in the woods next to a stream. The cabins are simple wooden structures with bunk beds. There is an outhouse and bathrooms at the school can also be used. There is no shower but there are plenty of places to swim. Bring your own sleeping bag and pillow. 

Main house bunk bed  - $20/night

The main house is across the street from the school and is a nice inside space. It has showers and bathrooms in the house.This option is a bottom bunk in a shared room. Bring your own sleeping bag and pillow. 

Main house twin bed shared room  - $25/per night

The main house is across the street from the school and is a nice inside space. It has showers and bathrooms in the house. This option is a twin bed in a shared room. Bring your own sleeping bag and pillow. 

Main house twin bed single room  - $40/night

The main house is across the street from the school and is a nice inside space. It has showers and bathrooms in the house. This option is a twin bed in your own room! Bring your own sleeping bag and pillow. 

No accommodation  - Free 

This option is for locals not staying on campus or anyone who has other off-campus accommodations arranged.
